Returns

At Carrara Collection, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless. Please note that customized products are NOT eligible for return due to their handcrafted or fragile nature.

Upon receiving your order, we strongly encourage you to open and inspect your item(s) carefully, following any care or placement instructions provided.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by sending an email to carrara@icsglobalae.com.
  • Orders cancelled after this period, or once dispatched, will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Return Timescale

  • You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a return, contact our customer care team at carrara@icsglobalae.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible.

Refund Timescale

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned item is inspected at our facility.
  • Purchases made via debit/credit card or installment payment partners will be refunded to the original payment method (allow 5–7 working days to reflect in your account).
  • Orders paid via Cash on Delivery will be refunded as store credit, redeemable against future purchases.

Returning Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, notify us on the same day of delivery at carrara@icsglobalae.com, providing clear photos/videos of:
    • The damaged product.
    • The original packaging and shipping label.
  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including shipping charges).
  • Items returned without original packaging, or reported beyond this timeframe, may not be accepted.
  • Accidental or deliberate damage after delivery is not covered under our replacement or refund policy.

Product Quality & Natural Variations

  • Our products are made from natural stone and wood, which may result in variations in color, veining, texture, or grain. These are inherent characteristics and not considered defects.

Disclaimers

  • Our delivery and collection service is limited to doorstep delivery/collection.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns without packaging will be rejected.
  • Carrara Collection shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, including damage to property, personal injury, or other costs arising from misuse of our products.

Damage Reporting Requirements

To ensure swift resolution, please provide:

  1. Photos/videos of the damaged area of the product.
  2. Photos/videos of the packaging and shipping box.
  3. For wall-mounted items: full wall photo, hook, and screw details.

Reports must be submitted on the same day the item is received. Claims reported beyond this period may not be eligible.
