These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website www.carraracollection.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products offered through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Carrara Collection is doing business as ICS Global L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company registered in the United Arab Emirates with Meydan Freezone, Dubai (Company License Number: 2533477.01).
1. Eligibility to Purchase
- Customers must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
- By placing an order, you represent that the details you provide are accurate and complete.
- Carrara Collection reserves the right to refuse service, cancel accounts, or decline orders at its discretion.
2. Products & Descriptions
- We take care to ensure that all descriptions, images, and pricing of our products are accurate.
- All products are made from natural stone and wood; variations in color, veining, texture, or grain are natural characteristics and not defects.
- Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings or photography.
3. Orders & Pricing
- Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
- Prices may be updated without prior notice. Confirmed orders will be honored at the price at the time of purchase.
- Order confirmation will be sent via email once payment is processed.
- Carrara Collection reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Payment Terms
- Accepted payment methods: debit/credit cards, installment partners (if applicable), and Cash on Delivery (within the UAE).
- Orders paid via Cash on Delivery are refunded as store credit only.
- Payment must be completed in full before dispatch unless Cash on Delivery has been selected.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout and may vary depending on location and product type.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is delivered to the specified address.
- Customers must inspect items on delivery and report any damages immediately, in line with our Refund & Return Policy.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, available on our website.
- Customers are required to follow the process and timelines outlined in that policy.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must handle, use, and install products correctly, following provided instructions.
- Deliberate or accidental damage, misuse, or incorrect installation voids refund or replacement eligibility.
- For wall-mounted products, customers must ensure secure installation with appropriate hardware.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content on the website, including designs, product photos, text, graphics, logos, and layout, is the property of Carrara Collection / ICS Global L.L.C-FZ.
- No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Carrara Collection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including property damage, loss of profits, or personal injury.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
- Customer data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is stored and processed.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
12. Amendments
- Carrara Collection reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
- Updates will be published on this page, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
