1. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver orders across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  • For international orders, please contact our customer service team at carrara@icsglobalae.com before placing your order.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time within the UAE is typically 3–7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type, availability, and delivery location.
  • Any estimated delivery times provided are for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • In some cases, promotional offers may include free delivery within the UAE.

4. Delivery Process

  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are accurate.
  • Our delivery service is limited to doorstep delivery. Drivers and partner couriers are not responsible for assembly or placement of products inside your home.
  • For fragile or heavy items such as marble sinks or large décor pieces, customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the delivery location (e.g., elevators, wide doorways).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will be notified via email or SMS with tracking details (if available).
  • For updates on your delivery status, you may contact our customer care team.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, absence of the recipient, or failure to provide access, the delivery may need to be rescheduled at the customer’s expense.
  • After two failed attempts, the order may be cancelled, and applicable charges (including delivery costs) may be deducted from your refund.

7. Damaged Deliveries

  • Customers must inspect items upon delivery.
  • Any visible damage must be reported on the same day of delivery to carrara@icsglobalae.com, in line with our Refund & Return Policy.
  • Claims reported after this period may not be eligible.

8. International Deliveries (if applicable)

  • Shipping timelines, costs, and policies for international deliveries will vary depending on the destination.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
